Our Approach To The Community
Allied Connect’s fleet of cars on the road are able to provide care to clients within the community and ensure that their health comes first and foremost.
PACKAGES AND GUIDELINES
Our allied health services are delivered in line with package guidelines and within funding capacity. Allied Connect will always report back to case managers on the outcome of the initial assessment and recommendations for future management.
FUNDING STREAMS
Allied Connect is a registered provider for multiple funding streams including Medicare, Department of veterans Affairs (DVA), National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), WorkCover and is a preferred provider for many private health insurers.
BROKERED SERVICES
We currently provide brokered services for a range of funding streams including Home Care Packages (HCP), Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and the Transition Care Program (TCP). Allied Connect makes it easy for community case managers by offering a fixed price, one stop shop for essential allied health services.
